Assessing the Possibility of Guiding the Aircraft to its Landing Airfield with Smaller Size Antenna of Nondirectional Radio Beacon
Annotation
The paper analyzes the effect of a nondirectional radio beacon antenna dimensions on the possibility to guide an aircraft to its landing airfield under the conditions of natural interference on land and marine routes. The conclusion is drawn on the possibility and advisability of miniaturizing the nondirectional radio beacon antenna of an aircraft carrier.
