This article discusses the forecasting of development of the market of innovations sectoral economic systems in conditions of uncertainty of the environment. Assessment of prospects of development of the market of innovations sectoral economic system, and the emergence of new scientific developments and technology is held in many methods that allow you to solve strategic, tactical and operational objectives. For the decision of strategic tasks should primarily use a method commissions and method of «Delphi». Tactical tasks require the construction of scenarios selected set of development priorities taking into account historical experience and the ability to forecast market innovation industry economic system, therefore for the decision of these tasks are mainly used scenario-based method, the method to create historical analogies and forecasting methods associated with finding analogy.
