Annotation
In given article the centers of technological development are considered: as the key factor of modernization and the further development of economy of Russia on immediate prospects. Authors, on the basis of the spent long-term researches in sphere of innovations, authoritatively consider that the centers of technological development are the key factor of modernization and the further development of economy of Russia on immediate prospects. And the concept of formation of the centers of technological development is defining in new conditions of overcoming of global crisis.
