Integration problems of the educational system and the labor market for the creation of employees for the innovative Russian economy

Annotation

The article is devoted to the major integration problems of professional education system and the labor market and the ways to enhance synergies to ensure effective staff training for the innovation economy of the country and to improve the balance of supply and demand of labor market. Statistical data given in the article illustrate a trend of preparing highly qualified specialists that do not meet the strategic needs of innovative economic development, both in higher and additional professional education. The article assesses the proposed integration tools, such as educational credit, continuing professional education, the introduction of innovations in the economic, offers recommendations to improve the efficiency of their implementation in order to create an innovative climate in Russia, providing sustainable economic growth and an innovative way of development of the domestic economy.
