ESTIMATION OF INTERVALS BETWEEN CALIBRATIONS WITH THE ACCOUNT FOR METROLOGICAL ROBUSTNESS OF MEASURING MEANS
Annotation
A method is demonstrated for prognosis of intervals between verification and calibration tests of measuring means with the account for their metrological robustness. The method makes it possible to assure nofailure operation of instrument exploitation and may be used as a basis for standardization of measuring means verification.
