Annotation

The paper presents the results of an analysis of general ideas and basic attributes of the concept of "corporate entrepreneurial organization" (corporation). Corporation represented by the authors as a union of persons have common professional interests of class or economic entity, the capital of which is formed by equity participation of legal entities and / or individuals; as an integrated entrepreneurial organization, specifically orders the property relations of participants at the joint jurisdiction of entrepreneurial activity; or as an entrepreneurial community, institutionalized in the form of group, holding, group of companies, alliances, etc., concentrating ownership and control over the activities of many enterprises that have limited autonomy. The main group of corporations having similar classification features: combining relatively independent persons whose rights are symmetrical; association of persons, preserving autonomy in management; association mutually dependent persons handed over part of the functions of the control of one person by another, the structure is asymmetric rights. Attention of the authors focused on a variety of corporate organizations and interests of many parties organized by people: Shareholders, managers and other stakeholders. It is recognized that a corporation is a special form of business organization that operates and develops following certain patterns of development of the national economy in particular and society in general.
