Design of professional jurisdictions of worker forming within the framework of regional industrial cluster
Annotation
It is certain in the article, that the level of professional competence development is determined by worker innovative-educational potential, his forming in a regional industrial cluster it is possible to present within the framework of theory of life cycle. The analysis of professional competence within the life cycle framework defined the necessity of individual educational trajectory forming. A logistic variant pattern of optimum trajectory choice taking into account the necessities of innovative industrial cluster and personality interests is the most comfortable variant of innovative educational potential accumulation. The analysis of regional industrial complex of the Udmurt republic necessity in professional competence rotined the necessity of higher professional education programs orientation on the practical result for his effective functioning. The offered principles allow to optimize the trajectories of professional kompetentnostey accumulation for an innovative regional industrial cluster.
