Оrganization of financing of innovative projects in the framework of the regional innovation system in St. Petersburg
Annotation
The article considers the problem of organization of effective mechanisms of support and funding of innovative projects in the framework of the regional innovation system on the example of St. Petersburg. There is the analyze of the current practice of the organization of financing of innovative projects in the region with the involvement of state support programmes, regional and national development institutions, private investors. Recommendations are given for further development and improvement of regional policy in this sphere.
