INSTITUTE OF MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION IN RUSSIA THE XXI CENTURY: SOCIAL - LEGAL AND ECONOMICALLY DEVELOPMENT ISSUES
Annotation
Institute of Municipal Administration in this country finally recognized as one of the most important elements of modern, civilized and democratic state and one of the basic foundations of the constitutional system of the Russian Federation. Meanwhile, despite the considerable efforts of state and civil society aimed at further improvement of the institution in Russia still remain some social - legal and economic development problems of municipal government and municipal entities in general. In the present paper is to study the basic socio - legal and economic problems of development of the institution of municipal government in Russia of the XXI century, and suggests some options for resolving these problems.
