Korean employment protection system as opposed to unemployment insurance system
Annotation
The article is devoted to the problem of introduction and development of employment protection system in the Republic of Korea as opposed to unemployment insurance system. We have detected that at the stage of the system’s introduction the “Employment protection” law did not apply to all companies. With the development of the insurance system its coverage has increased. Nowadays this system covers all companies with one or more employees.
